SAB - PFM – overview
IntroductionSAB

Traditionally, Saudi customers have been more inclined to borrow than save, often maximizing their Debt Burden Ratio (DBR). Our research confirmed this behavior and revealed a gap: customers lacked simple, effective tools to manage their spending, yet many expressed a strong desire for one.

To address this, SAB launched SAB 360 - a Personal Financial Management (PFM) solution designed to empower customers with greater financial control.

We as a team was brought in to define the product strategy, design the experience, and oversee seamless integration across SAB’s mobile and desktop banking platforms.
