FAB - Employee Experience
Leading UAE bank dept employee Experience

After five difficult years, the department was struggling with a negative reputation in the market, driven by poor workplace culture, making it hard to hire and retain top talent.

Identify the primary causes of the negative culture so we can focus on solving the right problem(s)
We conducted 1:1 interviews with employees across all GT departments. We asked them:
- ·Values are most important to them in their job
- ·Daily life
- ·Best/worst part of their day
- ·Challenges
- ·Relationship with their manager
We interviewed all technology leadership to understand their employee experience capability and behavioural impacts.
